How Dark Stack is managed, who makes the decisions, and how you can help shape our future.

Our Structure

We believe in transparency. For the community to work, everyone needs to understand who is responsible for what. Our governance structure is simple and divided into three pillars:

Core Team: The founders and administrators responsible for the strategic vision, infrastructure, and final decisions of the platform.
Moderation Team: Trusted community members who help keep forums and discussions healthy and aligned with our Code of Conduct.
The Community (You): All members who use the platform, create content, and provide feedback.

1. The Core Team

The Core Team is responsible for the "big picture" and the financial and technical health of Dark Stack.

Responsibilities: Define the feature Roadmap, manage server costs, handle legal matters (Terms of Use, Privacy) and make final executive decisions.
Transparency: We are committed to sharing key decisions and the progress of our Public Roadmap (see the "Our Plans" page).

2. Moderation Team

Moderators are the front line to ensure our Code of Conduct is followed.

Who are they? They are volunteer community members, chosen by the Core Team, who have demonstrated maturity, impartiality, and a good track record of helping others.
What do they do? They have the power to review reports, edit or remove content that violates the rules (spam, harassment, etc.) and apply the sanctions described in the Code of Conduct (such as warnings or suspensions).
How to become one? Occasionally, we will open calls for new moderators as the community grows.

3. The Decision-Making and Feedback Process

Dark Stack is not built *for* you, it's built *with* you.

Although the Core Team has the final say on strategy, the *direction* comes from the community:

Feature Suggestions: We have a dedicated space (forum or GitHub repository) where you can propose new ideas for the platform.
Idea Voting: The most popular and commented ideas from the community are taken for analysis by the Core Team for inclusion in the Roadmap.
Open Channel: If you have a concern about the direction of the community or a moderation decision that seems unfair, you can contact the Core Team directly via email at contact@darkstack.com.br.

This page will be updated as the community matures and our processes evolve.
